Saudi PCC is an official document that is provided by the authorities in Saudi that tends to show whether the given individual has a criminal record within the time they resided in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi PCC is most commonly needed for immigration purposes, for work visa application abroad, or for immigration to another country with permanent residency.
Saudi PCC proves good behaviour and also plays a central role in people’s background check processes. Due to the requirements that the applicant must have been present in Saudi Arabia and other evidential documents that include pictures of the passport, Saudi Iqama and the letter of request from the applicant’s embassy or consulate. It appears that there could be slight difference depending on whether the applicant is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or out of the country when the request is made.

1. Photograph: Upload a recent colour photograph of yourself which should meet the following specifications.
2. Birth Certificate: Certified copy of your birth certificate This should be a Photocopy of the birth certificate and it must be certified.
3. Passport: Take a notarized copy of your passport’s photo page or the photo page of any other identification documents.
4. National Identity Card: The applicant is also required to submit a certified copy of his or her national identity card.
5. Residence Certificate: In case you have a residence certificate you should collect a certified copy of it.
6. Marriage Certificate (if applicable): In case a marriage certificate is available, a certified copy must be produced before the examining physician.
7. Educational Certificates: Documentation of other academic achievements including but not limited to certificates, diplomas or degrees, certificates.
8. Employment Letter(s): If you were engaged in any other occupation during that time, we request you to submit certified true copies of your employment letters, if any.
9. Bank Statements: The certified copies of your bank statements showing your financial position.
10. Letter of Invitation (if applicable): If it is possible, photocopy of your certified letter of invitation must also be produced.
- Medical Report (if applicable): Applicants, if any have been through any medical examination must submit their certified copy of medical report.
12. Criminal Record Certificate: It is also recommended that you should attach the certified copy of the criminal record certificate if any.
13. Reference Letters: If so send two certified copies of the reference letters that were attached during the application process.
14.Fingerprints: Finger prints on a sheet which most times may require the Saudi Embassy attestation in your country of origin or your resident country.
15.Documentation of Previous Residence in Saudi Arabia: This could be through the older visa copies, entry or exit stamps or even any other document which can be used to demonstrate that you have stayed in Saudi Arabia.
16:Authorization Letter: In case you are to apply through an agent, you should attach an affidavit which grants the agent the right to apply on your behalf.
17. Any Additional Documents: You should attach any other supporting documents that might be required while filling the application, your transcript, certificate or recommendation letters among others.
It is also necessary to also make sure that there are also some procedures in obtaining the Saudi Police Clearance Certificate but it may also include also some changes sometimes.
